LOCTITE EDAG 440 AS E&C

How to use Loctite EDAG 440 AS E&C:

1. For best results, surface to be coated should be dry and clean.
2. Thoroughly mix LOCTITE EDAG 440 AS E&C before dilution. The product is usually diluted with Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK). See datasheet for dilution ratios.
3. Apply the product by conventional propeller agitated pressure pot spray systems. A 50 to 75 μm dry coating thickness is recommended for good shielding performance.
4. LOCTITE EDAG 440 AS E&C dries to touch in about 5 minutes; to handle in about 20 minutes. Full properties will be achieved after 4 to 16 hours drying at room temperature.

Storage

Store Loctite EDAG 440 AS E&C in the unopened container in a cool, dry, well ventilated location. Optimal Storage: 5° C to 30° C. Storage below 5° C or greater than 30° C can adversely affect product properties.
