International Delivery Options (Exports):

Which door to door delivery options are support?

Conro offer the option for customers to receive delivery directly to their requested delivery location from Conro via our courier (Fedex). The shipping cost is calculated at basket / check out stage and is dependent on the weight, delivery location and hazardous nature of the goods.

The INCOTERMS used for delivery is DAP (Delivered at Place) which means the seller is responsible for delivering goods to an agreed destination, covering all costs and risks until arrival. However, upon arrival, the buyer assumes responsibility, including customs clearance, taxes, and unloading costs. DAP is versatile, applicable to any mode of transport, and ensures clarity on delivery location and associated expenses. It provides a balance of obligations between buyer and seller, facilitating smoother international trade transactions. Buyers gain control over import processes, while sellers fulfil their responsibility up to the designated delivery point, streamlining logistics and reducing uncertainties.

Depending on location and hazardous nature of the goods the below delivery options are offered:

  • FEDEX - AIR FREIGHT (IATA) INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY SERVICE
  • FEDEX - AIR FREIGHT (IATA) INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY SERVICE
  • FEDEX / TNT - ROAD FREIGHT (ADR) INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY SERVICE
Can I arrange my own collection?

Yes, Customers can also choose the EX WORKS option to arrange their own collection should they prefer. This means that they can use their favoured courier or freight forwarder under their own account.

The INCOTERMS used for collection is EX WORKS. EXW (Ex Works) obliges the seller to make goods available at their premises, and the buyer bears all costs and risks from that point. It's the least obligation for the seller and maximum responsibility for the buyer. Ideal for experienced buyers who manage transportation and customs clearance independently.
