3M High Shear Pressure Sensitive Cover Tape 2668 is a transparent polyester tape with a synthetic, room temperature pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) zone along each edge.
3M cover tape 2668 features a static dissipative blocker film on the component side and it is recommended for wafer level chip scale packages (WLCSP) applications.
300 m or 500 m rolls are available in standard widths of 5.4 mm, 9.3 mm, 13.3 mm, 21.3 mm, 25.5 mm, 37.4 mm and 49.4 mm
