PRIVACY STATEMENT
We, Conro Electronics Ltd are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of anyone using our site and the confidentiality of any information that you provide us with. The purpose of this statement is to set out how we use any personal information that we may obtain from you.

We are registered under the Data Protection Act and comply with the Act in all our dealings with your personal data.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)). We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.
You can check the information that we hold about you by contacting us (called “Subject Access Request”). If you find any inaccuracies about your data we will correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should contact us.
Right to be forgotten: Our system based on a relational database which means that any deletion of the records would heavily impact the integrity of our system, however we can set your account “Active/Inactive” when needed. If you have any enquiries regarding this please contact us. Please note that this right is not absolute and we may have the legitimate cause to override such requests.
Subject Access Request (SAR): You, as a customer (or known as “Data Subject”) may request a copy of your information held within our system at any time. We will provide you with a digital/hard copy of that data.
In processing your order, we may send your details to, and also use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.
Use and collection of personal information
In general you can visit our website without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. If, however, you use our site you will need to register and you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details.
