Loctite SI 100 is a thermal management silicone grease designed for high-temperature heat transfer in standard applications. The product is used between heat-generating devices and their mounting surfaces or other heat-dissipating elements. Loctite SI 100 provides not only exceptional thermal resistance but also boasts a high thermal conductivity rating and virtually no evaporation. Typical applications for this product include CPUs, GPUs, DC-DC converters, IGBT power modules and transistors. With an impressive operational temperature range, LOCTITE SI 100 guarantees reliable and consistent performance, even under demanding conditions. Its formulation renders it non-flammable, making it ideal for environments where safety is paramount. Furthermore, its resistance to oxidation and corrosion ensures that equipment will remain protected from the adverse effects of environmental factors.

How to use Loctite SI 100:
For best results, surfaces and parts to be covered with Loctite SI 100 should be clean and free from debris.
Apply appropriate material to substrate, so that there is enough material to cover the entire surface between the component and the heat sink. Make sure the material leaves a small fillet.
Place the heat sink on top of the component and secure with clips or screws.
Storage
Store Loctite SI 100 in the unopened container in a dry location. Optimal Storage: 5° C to 30° C. Storage below 5° C or greater than 30° C can adversely affect product properties.
