Ambersil Chain Lube FG PTFE Lubricant

Ambersil Chain Lube FG is a foaming chain lubricant with added PTFE. Crafted using stable vegetable oils and enriched with PTFE, this high-performance chain and conveyor lubricant delivers effective lubrication and reliable protection. The foaming action of Ambersil Chain Lube FG ensures optimal penetration and eliminates messy dripping. Its applications include chain drives, open gears, wire ropes, pulleys, rollers, conveyors and many more.Ambersil Chain Lube FG is an NSF H1 registered product, making it suitable for use where incidental food contact may occur or in applications where a clean lubricant is preferred. With exceptional adhesion on metal surfaces, even at elevated temperatures and high rpm, Ambersil Chain Lube FG is effective even in the most demanding applications. Its properties guarantee smooth operation and minimise wear, all while leaving behind a tenacious, long-lasting lubricant film.

How to use Ambersil Chain Lube FG PTFE Lubricant:

1. Make the sure the parts to be lubricated are clean and dry.
2. Shake can before use.
3. Apply an even film of Ambersil Chain Lube FG on the chain, wire rope, etc.
4. Allow the product to penetrate and set for a few minutes.
5. Wipe off excess product with a cloth.
6. If necessary, excess product can be removed with Ambersil Amberklene FG Solvent.
7. Do not mix with other lubricants. Do not use on energised equipment.

 

Storage

Store Ambersil Chain Lube FG in the unopened container in a dry location. Preferably store at room temperature. In any case, store under 50°C and away from direct heat and open flame. Shelf life of the product is no less than 6 years if properly stored.This product is categorised as HIGHLY FLAMMABLE and must be stored in compliance with relevant regulations.
