MOLYKOTE 3451 Fluorosilicone Grease - 100gm Tube
Product Information
MOLYKOTE 3451 Chemical Resistant Bearing Grease is an NLGI Grade 2 fluorosilicone-based grease with a base oil viscosity of 495 cSt at 40°C. This grease is thickened with PTFE, which is used as a solid lubricant, making it suitable for demanding applications.
MOLYKOTE 3451 can be used in various applications, including chemical mixers, needle bearings in circuit breakers, pumps, and processing equipment. It is also effective for fuel- and solvent-handling equipment, sealed-for-life bearings that must operate at high speeds and heavy loads, control cables, and in highly corrosive environments. Additionally, it is suitable for plain bearings, bushings, and sleeves, power screw drives, reactive services, rolling element bearings, as well as slide guides and tracks.
This grease offers numerous performance benefits, including excellent chemical resistance (MOLFP-97) and good load-carrying ability. It is effective in high temperatures and provides robust chemical and oxidation resistance. MOLYKOTE® 3451 demonstrates compatibility with plastic and rubber materials, superior water resistance, and high load-carrying capability. Furthermore, it performs exceptionally well in both low and high temperatures, making it versatile across a wide temperature range.
