ThreeBond TB1401B Green Screwlock - 200G Bottle

Three Bond 1401 B is a green screw locking agent formulated with synthetic resins and rubbers. With just one application, it effectively prevents screws, nuts, and bolts from loosening, leaking, and rusting. Components assembled with TB1401 B require approximately 10-20% more force for removal compared to the original fastening. As an air-drying resin, TB1401 B fully cures even outside the threaded sections, making it a suitable alternative to conventional low-strength anaerobic threadlockers and tamper-proof paints. It is also compatible with plastic parts. For screws needing stronger locking and infrequent disassembly, the Three Bond 1300 Series anaerobic locking agents are recommended. Once cured, TB1401 B is resilient, providing excellent vibration and impact resistance. Its low viscosity allows it to penetrate threads, ensuring effective locking, leakage prevention, rust protection, and corrosion resistance. TB1401 B offers an excellent locking effect while allowing easy disassembly with normal tools. It is non-reactive to plastics and painted parts and performs well across a wide temperature range, maintaining a permanent locking effect.
