Teroson EP 5010 TR - 175ML Cartridge

Teroson EP 5010 TR is a solvent-free, two-component, high strength levelling compound formulated from epoxy resins. This product has been specially engineered for body rework and restoration of vehicle shells or car bodies crafted from steel or aluminium. It is used to fill and smooth out damage on car bodies, acting as an alternative to tin soldering. Teroson EP 5010 TR contains no isocyanates, silicones or lead, ensuring a safer working environment without compromising on the quality of your repairs.

The unique composition of Teroson EP 5010 TR guarantees that the compound will not shrink or sag, maintaining a consistent and reliable finish. Moreover, this product is excellent for grinding and has good reshaping properties. Application is straightforward and efficient: Teroson EP 5010 TR can be easily dispensed from cartridges using any professional dispensing tool equipped with a piston.

How to use Teroson EP 5010 TR:

1. For best results, only apply to clean, dry surfaces.
2. We recommend pre-treating the surfaces with Teroson VR 10 before use.
3. Insert the cartridge into a suitable application gun. Attach the static mixer to the gun.
4. Apply the leveling compound onto the repair area until the area is sufficiently filled with excess material.
5. Teroson EP 5010 TR cures by chemical reaction after components A and B are mixed at room temperature.
6. After curing, sand back any excess material.

Storage

Store Teroson EP 5010 TR in the unopened container in a dry location. Optimal storage: 15°C to 25°C. Shelf life of the product is no less than 12 months in the original packaging.
