Ambersil Formula 1 Silicone Release Agent

Ambersil Formula 1 Silicone Release Agent is a multi-purpose, heavy duty, silicone mould release agent. Crafted with a high percentage silicone formulation, this product is specifically designed to tackle stubborn and hard-to-release plastic and rubber mouldings. Ambersil Formula 1 Silicone Release Agent provides a heavy-duty film, facilitating the release of challenging components in various moulding processes, such as injection moulding, compression moulding, vacuum forming, and more. With its non-build-up properties, this release agent significantly improves surface finish, reduces rejects, and boosts production efficiency.Ambersil Formula 1 Silicone Release Agent remains operational up to an impressive 200°C. Its exceptional qualities make it also effective as an anti-stick agent in the textiles, foam converting, printing, and shoe industries. Please note that Ambersil Formula 1 contains silicone, which may render it unsuitable for applications requiring decorative work on the moulded part. In such cases, we recommend silicone-free alternatives such as Formula 7 or Formula 4.

How to use Ambersil Formula 1 Silicone Release Agent:

1. Make sure the surface of the mould is clean and free from grease and dirt.
2. Spray a light, even coating of Ambersil Formula 1 Silicone Release Agent on the mould from a distance of 25-30 cm.
3. Leave on for 2-3 minutes.
4. Apply another layer if necessary.

 

Storage

Store Ambersil Formula 1 Silicone Release Agent in the unopened container in a dry location. Preferably store at room temperature. In any case, store under 50°C and away from direct heat and open flame. Shelf life of the product is no less than 6 years if properly stored.This product is categorised as EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE and must be stored in compliance with relevant regulations.
