Loctite 4204 High Thermal Resistance Clear - 20G Bottle

Loctite 4204 is a colourless, high viscosity instant adhesive by Henkel, engineered for bonding small to medium parts. The product is ethyl-based and toughened with elastomers. For those working with polyolefins, Loctite 4204 can be paired with Loctite SF 770 or SF 7239 Primer for optimal results.

How to use Loctite 4204:

1. Clean surfaces before applying the product.
2. Apply Loctite 4204 to bond surfaces.
3. Assemble components carefully. The short fixture time leaves little opportunity for adjustment.
4. Hold together or clamp bonds until the adhesive has fixtured.
5. Allow product to develop full strength before subjecting to any service loads. This will usually take about 24 hours.

 

Storage

Store Loctite 4204 in the unopened container in a dry location. Optimal Storage: 2° C to 8° C. Storage below 2° C or greater than 8° C can adversely affect product properties.
