EPO-TEK H20E is a two-component, 100% solids silver-filled epoxy system designed for chip bonding in microelectronic and optoelectronic applications, particularly in high-speed epoxy chip bonding systems. It's recommended for JEDEC Level III and II for plastic IC packaging and is NASA approved, meeting USP Class VI Biocompatibility Standards. With a resistance to TC wire bonding temperatures of 300°C to 400°C, it's versatile and easy to apply via dispensing, screen printing, die-stamping, or by hand. Ideal for high-power devices like LEDs, it's well-suited for opto-electronic packaging materials such as LED, LCDs, and fiber optic components.
