This polyethylene foam is specially formulated for permanent ESD control, ensuring that its ESD properties remain intact over time. It surpasses pink dissipative products in situations where both cushioning and ESD control are necessary, such as on worksurfaces, shelving, cart shelves, or material handling containers. With a dissipative resistance ranging from 1 x 10^4 to less than 1 x 10^11 ohms per ANSI/ESD S 11.11, it effectively removes electrostatic charges from ESD-sensitive items, meeting EN 61340-5-1 worksurface requirements. Additionally, the foam seamlessly couples to a grounded ESD worksurface without requiring a separate ground cord, thanks to its closed-cell cross-linked structure. Its non-abrasive surface provides cushioning protection against shock and physical damage, making it ideal for various applications. With dimensions of 0.95 m x 1 m and a thickness of 25 mm, it offers ample coverage and protection.
