The MF300 is a specialized liquid flux featuring a low solder-balling formula. It is VOC-free, highly active, and no-clean, making it highly effective on surfaces with low solderability. With only 1% VOC content, it complies with US air quality legislation. This flux performs exceptionally well even on poorly preserved copper substrates, and it is designed to minimize solder balling between adjacent pads.
