Shelf-Life Policy

At ConRo, we prioritise shipping the freshest products available. We weigh the necessity of maintaining stock for next-day delivery against the risk of reduced shelf life from prolonged storage. Conro aims to deliver products with the longest possible shelf life.

Items are dispatched on a “first in, first out” basis. While we cannot guarantee the remaining shelf life duration of any product, we ensure that items are not despatched with less than 30 days shelf life remaining.

If you have specific requirements for the date of expiration (DOE) or date of manufacture (DOM), or if you need a certain percentage (%) of shelf life remaining, please mention this in the comment section when placing your order. We will then endeavor to fulfil your order according to your specified requirements (in accordance with our first in, first out policy) or contact you to confirm the available shelf life percentage for approval before shipping (please note this may delay despatch of your order whilst we review your request and wait for your approval).

Please note that shelf life requirements must be included with your order, as ConRo will not accept return requests based on shelf life if these requirements were not indicated at the time of ordering.
