PROTAVIC® ANE 10932 is a fast-flowing and fast-curing capillary underfill designed for high reliability applications. Its unique rheology, coupled with a high glass transition temperature and very low coefficient of thermal expansion, makes it ideal for filling small gaps with exceptional reliability. The product offers a good pot life at room temperature (20-22°C) and exhibits high reactivity at moderate temperatures. PROTAVIC® ANE 10932 is CMR-free and compliant with RoHS regulations, ensuring environmental safety. It can be dispensed using a needle or by jetting, providing flexibility in application methods for various manufacturing needs.
