Pistons ensure even pressure distribution across the fluid surface for consistent dispensing. Wiper seal pistons prevent dripping and minimize material waste by wiping the syringe barrel wall clean as fluid is dispensed. They provide consistent dispensing, even for high viscosity materials. White wiper pistons offer a complete seal for low viscosity fluids, ensuring a tight fit. With a maximum operating pressure of 100psi (6.9 bar), these wiper pistons are ideal for low to medium viscosity fluids or for use with mechanical devices like manual syringe guns, effectively slowing leakage past the double wiping edges.
