oki S3X58-M500C-5 is a lead-free, halogen-free solder paste designed for superior performance in challenging soldering applications. This high-quality paste provides powerful wetting to severely oxidized pads and components, including oxidized copper substrates and oxidized Sn and NiPd plating. In rigorous tests, the S3X58-M500C-5 demonstrated exceptional heat durability, maintaining activation for up to 50 seconds, significantly longer than conventional solder pastes, which lose activation in less than 30 seconds. It delivers perfect melting and wetting performance, especially for super fine pitch components (greater than 0.4mm pitch) and micro components (greater than 0.30mm diameter CSP, 0603 chip), ensuring reliable and high-quality solder joints in demanding electronic assemblies.
