LOCTITE TCP 4000D is a highly efficient, reworkable and repeatable material that offers enhanced performance and reliability and applies as easily as thermal grease. Typical assembly applications include microprocessors, GPUs, multichip modules, ASICs, IGBT, FBDIMM/Memory, lidded processor applications, and active heat sink in electronic applications.
