BERGQUIST HI FLOW THF 500 is an electrically isolating, thermally conductive phase change material. The 65°C phase change temperature minimizes shipping and handling problems.This product is reinforced with a PEN film. This product is ideal for use between a high power electrical device requiring electrical isolation and its heat sink.
