Optimum Syringe Barrels

Optimum syringe barrels are designed with ZeroDraft walls, ensuring consistent internal diameters for a reliable seal with pistons. This design guarantees precise, repeatable filling and dispensing, with minimal fluid waste.

These syringe barrels come in a variety of sizes, including 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc, 55cc, and 70cc, and are made from a proprietary polypropylene blend, offering excellent clarity and chemical resistance.

The 70cc barrels are the largest size available, designed to extend production runs by minimizing fluid changeovers, reducing downtime in processes. They are especially suitable for electronic applications like underfill, potting, and conformal coating.

Manufactured in Nordson EFD’s certified silicone-free U.S. facilities, both the barrels and pistons meet industrial standards.

Optimum Syringe Barrel Pistons

Optimum SmoothFlow pistons are engineered with specialized channels to prevent air entrapment and feature a smooth profile to minimize fluid shear.

Perfectly fitting inside Optimum syringe barrels, these pistons deliver uniform dispensing pressure, ensuring precise, consistent fluid deposits while preventing any dripping or leakage between uses.

The precision wiping edges clean the interior of the syringe as fluid is dispensed, removing any residue, waste, or trapped air.

Like the barrels, these pistons are produced in EFD's certified silicone-free U.S. facilities and are built to meet industrial requirements.
